Why Organ Peptides?
Professor Vladimir Khavinson and his team studied short peptides for more than 40 years. Their key finding: each organ seems to respond best to peptides taken from the same kind of tissue.
In one lab study, peptide complexes from blood vessels and other organs were added to tissue cultures from young and old animals. Each complex supported healthy cell turnover markers in its matching tissue (Ryzhak et al., 2017).* In aged rats, a course of a vascular peptide bioregulator was linked to a denser network of small blood vessels in the brain (Sokolova et al., 2016). A 2022 review from the same group looks at how vessel cells change with age, and how short peptides may help regulate that process (Khavinson et al., 2022).
