Khavinson Peptide Bioregulators
Peptide bioregulators, also called Khavinson peptides, are short peptide complexes matched to one organ or gland. Professor Vladimir Khavinson and his team at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology studied them for more than 40 years. Each one has an A-number, from A-1 (pancreas) to A-21 (parathyroid). Pick the organ you want to support, then pick a 20 or 60 capsule course.*

Understanding Peptide Bioregulators
Most people don’t want to live forever. They want to stay sharp, sleep well and keep up with their kids or grandkids.
Peptide bioregulators take a different path than most supplements. There’s no long list of herbs. Each one is a short chain of amino acids that acts as a signal for one kind of tissue. Khavinson’s team found that each organ seems to respond best to peptides taken from the same kind of tissue (Khavinson, 2002). Later research suggests short peptides can reach the core of the cell and help guide which genes switch on (Khavinson et al., 2021).*
So a thymus peptide is meant for the thymus. A pineal peptide is meant for the pineal gland. That’s the whole idea.
If you’ve tried bioregulators before and felt nothing, that’s not on you. You may not have had the real thing, or you may have stopped in week one. They’re taken as a course for a reason.
The Khavinson Peptides List: A-1 to A-21

Not Sure Where to Start?
Start with what matters most to you. Here are four good first picks.
- Want a steady sleep rhythm? Endoluten A-8 is matched to the pineal gland, which runs your body clock.*
- Want to stay sharp? Cerluten A-5 is matched to the brain and nervous system.*
- Want immune support? Vladonix A-6 is matched to the thymus.*
- Want a base for everything else? Ventfort A-3 is matched to blood vessels, which feed every organ you have.*

Natural Peptide Complexes and Synthetic Peptides
Khavinson’s team made two kinds of bioregulators.
Natural complexes are filtered from organ tissue. You get many peptides at once. Every A-numbered product in the list above is a natural complex.
Lab-made short peptides copy the tiny chains the team found doing the work. They’re built in a lab, just 2 to 4 amino acids long.
The institute describes the lab-made kind as faster acting and the natural kind as more gradual. Neither one is “better.” They do different jobs. See how the two compare in Vesugen vs Ventfort.
Choosing a Format and Pack Size
20 or 60 capsules? The usual course is 2 capsules a day. So 20 capsules is a 10 day course, and 60 capsules is the full 30 day course. Most people pick 60. It costs less per capsule.
Original, EternaPeptix or Firma Vita?
- Original capsules: the classic A-numbered line in the list above.
- EternaPeptix: made in Germany from EU-raised cattle, with no lactose or added sugar.
- Firma Vita complexes: three peptides in one capsule. Here’s how the Firma Vita complexes work.
Why Buy Khavinson Peptides From QI Supplements
Brands are popping up overnight. They’re slapping Khavinson’s name on their labels. So ask any seller one question: “Where did the raw material come from?”
Here’s our answer. Our raw material comes from Europe, from a very small circle of manufacturers who still make bioregulators the original way. We’ve sold peptide bioregulators since 2015. Every order ships from our warehouse in Washington State, and shipping is free on US orders over $50.
98% of our customers keep what they buy. Try it for 30 days. If it’s not for you, send it back. We’re not worried.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Khavinson peptides and peptide bioregulators the same thing?
Yes, for the most part. “Peptide bioregulators” is the category. “Khavinson peptides” points to the original line from Professor Khavinson’s research. Everything in the A-1 to A-21 list above is both.
What do A-numbers mean?
Each A-number points to one organ or gland. A-5 is the brain, A-6 is the thymus, A-8 is the pineal gland and so on. The number tells you what it’s matched to, not how strong it is.
Are all peptide bioregulator products the same?
No. Two bottles can have the same name and very different sources. Check where the raw material came from, the peptide amount per serving, and who made it.
What does the research show?
Khavinson’s team published research on short peptides for decades. Their work suggests organ peptides act as signals for matching tissue, and that short peptides may help guide gene activity (Khavinson et al., 2021). Much of it was done in cells and animals.*
Can I take more than one bioregulator at a time?
Yes. Many people take two or three that support related organs, like the brain and blood vessels. Talk to your doctor first if you take medication or have a health condition.
How long do I take them?
Most people take a 10 or 30 day course, then take a break. Many repeat a course every 4 to 6 months. Follow the label on your box.
